KICK OFF ADRILINK
project meeting successfully held

 

On 24th June, 2020. Kick off meeting of the project team in the scope of ADRILINK – Adriatic Landscape Interpretation Network (reference number 1108) which is financed in the scope of the Second Call for proposals of the Interreg V-5 Adriatic-Ionian ADRION Programme 2014-2020. The meeting, which was originally supposed to be held in Tirana, Albania was organised as virtual meeting given the current situation caused by COVID 19 pandemic.

The main topic was project implementation, partners’ obligations in the scope of work packages, ADRION programme rules regarding legal demands, public procurement rules and financial aspects of reporting, while the project partners were given opportunity to present their potentials and their understanding of Interpretation Centers whose establishment and further operational work is planned as part of project activities.

According to the project manager’s words as well as according to the indications made by work packages leaders, the partners will be most involved in defining landscape maps, purchasing ICT infrastructure, development of business and management plans of Landscape Interpretation Centers and then in giving inputs and defining thematic inineraries while creating ICT platform and mobile applications for landscape interpretation centers. Good news for the tourists is planning to develop the so called „Landscape Lovers Community Cards“ which will entail special discounts for the users travelling to all areas which are part of the ADRILINK network. NP Sutjeska (Republic of Srpska), Vrsar i Moscenicka Draga (Croatia), City Gradiška (Bosnia and Herzegovina), Sremska Mitrovica (Serbia), Murska Sobota (Slovenia), Venice and  Jesi municipality (Italy) and many others.
